Le club des douze is a creative team dedicated to menswear that celebrates independent creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship. Each week, the club presents a selection of twelve quality menswear pieces. The selection includes clothing, shoes, accessories and unique objects that catch our attention. Founded by Alex Rizos and Olivia Bonner, Le club des douze works with young start-ups and designers in the development of their collections and brands.
A Paris native, Alex Rizos studied marketing and brand strategy at CELSA. An admirer of design and fashion, he launched Le club des douze in January of 2012 after having worked in New York and then London where he was surprised by the anglo-saxons’ craze for independent menswear and menswear blogging. Olivia Bonner was born and raised in Manhattan. She studied communications at the University of Pennsylvania before moving to London. She lived in Notting Hill for four years and spent many weekends in Shoreditch, where she explored the revival of independent British menswear. Upon returning to New York, she studied fashion design at Parsons School of Design and worked for the designer John Varvatos among others.
